What is the lifespan of a Noritz tankless water heater? ›

A: The average lifespan is between 10 and 25 years, depending on how well it is maintained. We do recommend annual maintenance on a Noritz tankless water heater. As long as you make sure you provide it with proper care, it can last a long time.

Now, preset from the factory, it won't let you go above 120 deg for safety. It says right down here. To let you know, when you start going over 125 degrees, you do increase the risk of scalding, so just be aware of that.
