Team Profile
The Z-Team REALTORS, Bob and Linda Zdora, began their encore real estate career in 2004 after relocating to beautiful Mountain Home, Arkansas. Linda said, "It seems we have always been a team. I literally bumped into him on the street during our sophom*ore year of high school, and we became high school sweethearts.:
Bob and Linda have been a team in more than just real estate and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2021. After HS graduation, Bob enlisted in the USMC and served during the Viet Nam War. He went on to a successful 34 year law enforcement career, ending as Sgt. of Police, City of Chicago. Bob and Linda have raised 2 amazing sons, Robert and Jason. Jason recently relocated from downtown Chicago and is enjoying living in the Ozarks!
NEW IN 2024, ALL TEAM MEMBERS HAVE EARNED THE ABR DESIGNATION. Each agent is now Accredited Buyers Agents. This is thru a special course of study and testing to earn this designation.
In 2016, the first REALTOR to come on board the Z-Team was Reese Tubbs. Reese is a seasoned agent, born and raised in the South. He brings his knowledge of the area, rural lands, river and lake property, and acreage to our Team.
Darlene Clark Smith, REALTOR, joined the team in 2018. She also understands rural Arkansas and properties. She is licenses in Arkansas and Missouri. Darlene is a great Mom and Grandmom and a natural to help first time homebuyers and enjoys working with buyers and sellers.
Sam McMaster, REALTOR, is married and the father of 2. Sam has had a 20-year career in the US Army and has retired. During his tenure in the Army, his family has lived many places in the US but moved to the Twin Lakes area in 2002 and retired in 2006, Sam is a welcome 2019 addition to our team, assisting Veterans with loans and finding the right property..
The Z-Team has won many awards over the years. Quality Service Team Awards, Pinnacle Team Awards, Master Team Awards, Presidential Team Award for 5 years running!. Also winning every level in the Awards of Excellence NAR awards from Bronze to Double Diamond. Bob and Linda have earned the NAR designations of Executive Brokers, SRES, ABR, and GRI Graduated of the Real Estate Institute. They are proud to be REALTORS.
Bob is the local real estate personality on his own weekly TV Broadcast and multiple radio shows on local stations, "This Week in Real Estate with Bob Zdora". The local real estate expert in the Ozarks for 15 years.

Linda Zdora exceeded our expectations in the process of our home purchase. She guided us through every step in detail. She made recommendations we had not even considered as far as location with our jobs and kids schools. We are new to the area, so we did not know where to start. She did more than assist us in finding the perfect home for our family. She made us comfortable to live in Mountain Home. Linda is a very aggressive seller, which is what you need when selling in an area you're not familiar with. She shot us a value, listed it, and had showings within a couple of days. When we got an offer, she advised on what we should/shouldn't do, and the house sold for a respectable amount with all of the provisions we needed.

In this day and age of automated real estate technology, Zillow and Realtor.com listings, with agents programming automated emails providing the latest greatest offerings, Linda and the Z-team proved once again there is no substitute for good ol fashion down home personalized service. Linda was always available even when on a well deserved vacation. She treated us as if we were her only priority and truly had our best interests in mind. This time we had someone working in our corner, working hard for us. For that, we are extremely grateful!

Linda's knowledge of the area and the construction industry in general was excellent. She helped us through every part of the process. From the inspection of the house, to the bank and to the title company. Everyone involved was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. I actually feel like we were friends after the process. Linda made us feel at home as soon as we met. She was always friendly and sounded like she was glad to hear from me everytime I called. She helped us on everything. I also believe she is a shrewed business person when it comes to her clients. She was always willing to say, this is not right, and then she would make the phone calls or requests to right the problem. If you want someone in your corner during a realestate deal, she's the one you want.
